Delivery within Malaysia

Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will take within 3 to 5 business days. Whereas, for East Malaysia, delivery will take within 3 to 7 business days, once the parcel is shipped from our store.

*Please note that, there will be a slight 2 to 3 days delay in processing your order during festive seasons. Please look into book details for updates.

*Orders made during public holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day (Business days exclude public holidays and weekends)

** There may be delay in delivery due to Covid-19 restrictions

Shipping charges will be auto-calculated based on the total weight

Kindly be informed that we would not be able to entertain request for delivery to be made at specific date or time as the courier service providers we engage with do not provide such services

 

International Delivery

Delivery will take 7 to 14 working days depending on the country the item is shipped to. Delivery charges are based on the country of destination. Please note that your delivery may be subjected to custom charges (import duties & taxes), which we have no control over. These charges are (your) the buyer's responsibility.

 

How will I know if my items have been shipped?

After checking out, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your order. Another email will be sent to you with the tracking number after your parcel has been shipped, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website.

 

Can I cancel/change an order after I have confirmed it?

If you wish to cancel/change your order, please notify us your order number and invoice detail at our email info.atelierintl@gmail.com. Orders can only be cancelled before the items have been shipped. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed. We do not offer exchanges. If you want to change your order after it is shipped, you are advised to place a new order.

 

What should I do if the items I received was damaged or is not the one I ordered?

All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable UNLESS under the following circumstances for which the goods may be exchanged:

· Manufacturing defects

· Items damaged during delivery

· Non-conforming items delivered

If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at info.atelierintl@gmail.com within 2 days from the receiving date. It may take approximately another 5 to 10 business days for us to organize collection and receive the returned item. All items will be inspected upon return, please make sure it is properly packed and will not get damaged further on the way.

We will notify you upon receipt. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your payment including the postage cost but only after the damaged item or wrong item is returned to us.

 

*This term does not apply to our International Orders, which is Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
